This is the program that runs on the card inside the box. One process, one GPU thread, one running memory that is never rebuilt, and four small organs beside it: a heartbeat with a stop switch only you can write, an append-only tape chained by hash, a wire out, and the judgment that decides at every completed thought whether to say anything at all.
