Show up, learn the tools, take care of the customer.
I've spent the better part of a decade in steady, hands-on work across service, retail, and light manufacturing — running equipment, fitting customers, training new teammates, and keeping things clean and safe. The through-line has always been the same: dependability and a genuine focus on the person in front of me.
I've since earned my CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications, and I'm working toward Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect – Foundations credential — pairing IT and security fundamentals with hands-on use of modern AI tools, so I land on the side that uses technology well. It's a steady jog, not a sprint, and I'm putting in the reps.
